After install go to your Downloads folder and look for a file called 'designrocketsupermosaicv2.zip'. Double click or unzip this file and you should then have a folder called 'Design Rocket - SuperMosaic v2'. Next, open Photoshop. Navigate to File -> Open and select the 'Install_SuperMosaic.jsx' file which is located in the 'Design Rocket - SuperMosaic' v2 folder. Follow the on-screen instructions. Navigate to Window -> Extensions and select SuperMosaic to launch the extension
