All symbols are vector artwork that can be edited by using the ”Break Link to Symbol” button in the Symbols palette or the ”Edit Symbol” button in the toolbar. Symbols may be filled with color by using the Live Paint Bucket tool (K). You can open the symbol library in two ways: Pick Window > Symbol Libraries > Landscaping or Pick the ”Symbol Libraries Menu” button at the lower left corner of the Symbols palette.
