This Action is useful if you want to embed drawing mark-ups so that they not editable using the standard tools in Reader or Acrobat. The Acrobat Flatten Fields and Comments Action moves the data from editable form fields and annotations into the main (non-editable) layer of the document preserving the appearance of form fields, highlights, stamps, and other annotations.

The action will be downloaded to your Downloads folder. Double-click it to load the Action into the 'Tools' menu in Acrobat.
