The upload for signature can form part of a highly automated workflow. The entire end to end process is controlled from within Partner for Windows, meaning the user can stay in the one application to manage the document's life. Partner for Windows is a practice management system used by mid-sized law firms. It allows documents stored within the Case Management system to be uploaded to Adobe Sign via a simple right click option, which includes the ability to select one or more contacts who will become the signatory on the documents. The user has the ability to control the order and signatory rules. The user can see the status of the uploaded document at any time and can also view the full history, all from within the one Case Management screen. Once the document is signed the finalised document is added back into Case Manager as a record. Where the document is a form then the data from the completed form is electronically extracted and can then be used.
