These 3 FREE Lightroom profiles are designed with care to match as close as possible to the Instagram originals. Since Lightroom Classic CC v7.3 Adobe introduced PROFILES.

In contrast to Presets, the new Profiles do no alter your sliders and are a basic starting point for editing your photo's leaving all sliders to zero.
