A panel of 18 ”Create Motion Tween” commands that automatically set commonly used ease timings.
~Tween Commands
(converts selected frames to tween with the custom ease selected. Sync and snap are turned off. Frame labels are displayed in the timeline for visual aid, great for revising animation that has been converted to keys on 2's.)

(converts the selected frames/motion tweens to keys on 2's, for a more traditional look and feel.)
