These Lightroom presets can only be used in Adobe Lightroom and won't work in Photoshop.

Go to your Downloads folder on C drive, to find Color Fantasy.zip. Extract the .lrtemplate file.

Open Lightroom and make sure you are in the Develop Module. In the Presets panel right-click on “User Presets” and choose “Import”. Browse to where you have saved the unzipped presets, select them, and then click “Open”.
