Select a clip in the Project panel in Premiere Pro and press the ”Call Bridge” button to select the same file in Adobe Bridge. If you selected a sequence item in the Project panel, select the project file (.prproj) in Bridge.

After downloading, you will need to close and restart your Adobe Premiere Pro. After restart, go to Window -> Extensions -> Traverse to open the extension.
