Designers can send documents directly from Adobe Creative Suite to Proof HQ to share, review, collaborate and approve their design projects. As the review team makes comments in Proof HQ, the designer can view those comments right inside Creative Suite.

With Proof HQ your review team can see each others’ comments on the proof in real time, and add their own replies to create threaded discussions. This not only saves your valuable time, but also reduces approval time and results in fewer revision cycles. It also minimizes email overload and keeps the IT folks happy by getting rid of large email attachments.

CtrlReviewHQ with a Proof HQ account enables you to effectively manage your review and proofs from within your CS application. Users will have full control over their production and reviews, without having to switch back and forth between other applications.
