Basically, you just need to input min/max height and width. Based on it, photos will be resize smartly in that range. Detailed steps:

1. Open a batch of photos in Photoshop
2. Input the min, max of height and width
3. Click Resize to do resize for the batch of opened photos

Add more profiles and sample images

To install the extension, log on to the Adobe Add-ons store.
Locate the ExportLayer add-on, and click the button to begin installation.
Once installation is complete, you will see ”Smart Resize” Panel add-on appear inside the Windows>Extensions menu from within your CC applications.
