A handy panel to paint with Rain with instructions as below.
1. Open your photo 2. Click one of rain brushes in the panel 3. Choose size and color 4. Paint your photo with rain 5. You can repeat step 2 to 4 till your preference. The effect would be amazing when painting overlap with various of brush size
