This package includes a sequence preset and an H.264 export preset with settings optimized for Instagram. Edit your video in a sequence sized exactly to Instagram's video dimensions. Then export your video using the H.264 format to a file that can be uploaded to Instagram. Note that you will need to transfer the video file to your phone or tablet so that you can upload it from within the Instagram app.

1.0 - Initial release

Both presets will appear on your desktop once installed.
On Windows, move the sqpreset files from your Desktop to:
C:\Users\[username]\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\[version number]\Profile-[username]\Settings\Instagram (you'll need to create the Instagram folder first)
On Mac, move them to:
/Users/[username]/Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro/[version number]/Profile-[username]/Settings/Instagram (you'll need to create the Instagram folder first)

Import the epr file using the Import Preset button in the Export Settings dialog (File>Export>Media). Look for the preset among the H.264 Format presets. Please see screenshots for where this should appear in Premiere Pro.
