With the rainbow AI art brush, drawing a rainbow vector is just a stroke away.
Step 1: Draw a line and apply the rainbow brush to it.
Step 2: Make sure you have a sky layer beneath with rectangle filled with white to skyblue linear gradient at 90 degrees.
Step 3: Optional, add one more layer on top with white to black gradient with 90 degrees. The object's transparency blending mode set to screen (100%)

The rainbow brush will be installed in the default AI brushes folder. Load Adobe illustrator and click on Windows > Brushes> Panel menu and 'Open Brush Library' to see the rainbow-brush-ai.
