Prady brings UX Design Documentation that he has evolved during his consulting experience with some of the very best and complex digital transformations. He has learnt that the biggest problem facing the digital transformation is not the end-product-of-user-experience-design, but the means to get there. Most of the projects gets muddled due to lack of consistent, common-sense, transparent processes & methodologies. Through his experience tools and methods Prady wants to help rest of the UX community to deliver digital transformation.
