Products and Solutions


Mediawide CMP is integrated with Adobe Target for marketing activities like remarketing, up selling or cross selling. An anonymous visitor visiting the shopping site and abandoning a shopping cart can be presented with a personalized video on subsequent visit to the site. In another use case, if a user has successfully purchased from the site, up-selling activity can be done. Creating and sending an up-sell offer in the form of personalized video, which can be delivered as a link in Email of when the user revisits the site, can achieve this. The Email is sent using transaction email API of Adobe Campaign
Landing page can be customized with a personalized video link with an integration of Mediawide CMP, Adobe Commerce Cloud, Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics. In a typical use case of shopping cart abandonment, the visitor on a subsequent visit is presented a landing page with a personalized video offering special deals for products in the abandoned shopping cart
