Pre-built ServiceNow Knowledge components empowers you to extend search, viewing, and embedding lists of most viewed and featured knowledge articles. Case components enable you to extend creating, viewing, and recent cases.

To leverage Knowledge and Case Components, ServiceNow Customers must be on Paris or later release. To leverage Knowledge Components in Orlando, ServiceNow customers must have the Knowledge API app, available through the ServiceNow App Store.
