How does Xeno work with Marketo?

After integrating Marketo, Xeno will automatically:

1. Identify your contacts with the Marketo munchkin cookie thanks to the Xeno Identify function.

2. Synchronize contact information between Xeno and Marketo each time details are updated in Xeno:

- if the contact is unknown, it will automatically be created in Marketo

- if the contact is known in Marketo, we synchronise his information in Xeno

- we associate the Marketo munchkins when there is a new one

3. Create custom activities when the contact does certain actions. These logs can be seen on the ”Activity Log” tab on the contact page in Marketo:

- when a conversation with a contact is closed

- when the contact booked a meeting
